Kelly was great to work with. She put in the time to understand what I was looking for and then immediately got busy looking to find it. After finding a property in which I was interested, she continued to put in time helping me to be sure it was the right property and that I made the right offer.

We went to Kelly with questions with how selling our house would happen, what we needed to do etc. she didn't rush us into listing, she gave us a list of what needed to happen and we went from there. We were on a time restraint and she knew that, but didn't pressure us into selling for less than what we wanted. She knew what we wanted and took it very personally to get what we wanted. Kelly is the best I've ever worked with. I can’t say it enough, Kelly Toney is amazing! We looked at homes for about 9 months, and had pretty specifics asks on what we were looking for and on budget. We looked at sooooooo many homes around Southwest Michigan and Kelly always made it work and never got tired of our questions or requests for showings! As a buyer in a sellers market I really felt like she had our backs. She cared more about protecting us from a bad investment than making money and gave us honest feedback on homes that weren’t going to be valued the same in a few years. Her knowledge about this area is vast and helpful. We had such a good time with her and I’m actually going to miss seeing her! To us Kelly Toney will always be considered a friend and I’m SO thankful we were referred to her and we’ll be referring all our family and friends to her!
