This was a complicated sale as there were IRS Tax liens.. this property had been listed with two previous agencies. and could not get the lien release. and they were listing for far less money.. Met Kelly shared my needs and was down to the last straw as it was ready to be foreclosed on for back taxes. MS KELLY SAID I LOVE A CHALLENGE listed the property for far more than the other agencies...It sold and there was a closing !!! every challenge that came before us she took care of in a very joyful SPIRIT..She really really stands behind her clients. i have a few other pieces of property that i will be listing with her also.. she accomplished something that TWO OTHER AGENCIES COULDN'T I am so thankful !!!

This proberty had been listed by other agents including one other of your own. These other agents where not able e to even receive an reasonable offer, however with Kelly offers began to come in immediately, and sold very quickly. Can't say enough good about Kelly! She never gives up, even when things looked pretty bleak, she kept the hope alive, and closed the deal! This ended up being a tough property to move when a water pipe burst, flooding the whole house and causing mold problems. And we had a driveway that, in the winter, would scare people off. But Kelly got it sold! She handled all this for me, an out-of-state owner!

Kelly was a gem to work with. We originally placed and offer on the first house that ended up failing a septic inspection and she was honest and upfront the entire time. Made us feel confident with our decision yo back out. Only yo then find our home now that we love far more. From day one she was on top of any listings we wanted to see in a timely fashion and once an offer was excepted quick eith all documention and inspects. Couldn't have ask for a better realtor to help us make such a bug commitment with our first home.

I was really impressed by Kelly's willingness to handle the closing remotely and run point on selling a bunch of items in the house prior to close. She made it very easy for me to sell the house while living a few hours away. Huge help
